Congregational Coordinator

• The role of the congregational Coordinator is to oversee the development and execution of Dayspring’s connection and engagement methods to ensure all visitors, regular attendees, and new members receive hospitality, opportunity, and encouragement. They are tasked with developing and maintaining a small group ministry as an essential avenue for transformational discipleship. They will lead the effort to provide internal service opportunities that fulfill volunteer needs of the church for worship services and special events in partnership with ministry directors. They will also be tasked to collaborate with staff and lay leadership to provide needed care for the congregational needs and to establish external mission and outreach opportunities.
